22.03.08 - LIFETIMES AT WACKEN METAL BATTLE
On December 12, LIFETIMES will perform live show at Casa de Shows Mogiana, in Ribeirão Preto, on the Wacken Metal Battle event, for the right to join the Wacken Open Air Festival of this year. The LIFETIMES fans from all over the country will have the opportunity to support the band with a vote at the event, giving LIFETIMES the chance to show the world its heavy metal full-loaded songs. 23.10.07 - LIFETIMES AT 'FESTIVAL DA PRIMAVERA
Set on November 17, the mega event Festival da Primavera presents Mindflow, Tropa De Shock, Baranga, Necrofobia, Hellish Messiah, Merciless Hate, The Rover, Toxic War, Dead Junqueiras, Púrpura, Coyotes, Carne Moida, Why Not? and LIFETIMES. The band will bring some exclusive songs and a Pantera "Cowboys From Hell" Dimme Bag tribute.

14.08.07 - SELF-ENEMY ALBUM RECENT NEWS
LIFETIMES it's on the final lap for the second album, "Self-Enemy". "It's just some guitar solos, that gonna be recorded in August. I've waited for all the other instruments and vocal recording for the beginning of the solo line composition, trying to reach and feel the songs atmosphere and right mood", as said by the lead-guitar Fabricio de Lima.

A Brazillian heavy metal band, LIFETIMES exists since 1998, formed in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, by the band leader Fabrício de Lima. Bands like Metallica, Pantera, Iced Earth and Slayer has inspired LIFETIMES to perform an unique heavy/thrash metal style, that resulted in the single "My Nightmare", released in 2004, with very positive reviews from all over the brazillian country and from specialized rock/metal magazines like Rodie Crew, Rock Brigade and Valhalla. With an evolution ahead, LIFETIMES soon released their first independent debut cd, "Risen", in 2005, produced by the musicians thenselves. The full nine tracks represents what the band does with thrash riffs blended with melodic vocal lines.

Their popularity grew and they started the "Risen-tour" in nearby states, performing their songs in Pará, Minas Gerais and several São Paulo cities. In Varginha, MG, LIFETIMES was invited twice, first in 2005 and again in 2006, for the "Roça `n Roll", a big annual rock/metal festival. The band tour gave them opportunity to play along with Shaaman, Claustrofobia, Korzuz, Ratos de Porão, Tuatha de Danann, Shadion and Krisiun.

Now the band prepares their second full lenght record, "Self-Enemy", that will represent the maturity-grow of LIFETIMES, much more harder and heavier than "Risen". This work is personally inspired by the inner conflicts and personal demons of the human condition, wich preserves the LIFETIMES well known song themes. "Self-Enemy" will be released in 2007.
